WIN A FORMER X CHANNEL ISLANDS SURFBOARD COMPETITION
This competition is open to all Surfboard Empire customers who have entered the relevant and necessary details requested on the entry form.
This competition is open to Australian customers only.
Employees of Surfboard Empire, their parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates or other parties, in any way involved in the development, production, or distribution of this competition, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each such employee and/or authors, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
This competition will commence at 00:00 AEST Wednesday 1st June, 2022 and all entries must be received by 23:59 AEST on 30th June, 2022. Surfboard Empire accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason.

To enter, entrants must agree to provide Surfboard Empire and Former with their full name, email address, postcode and date of birth. Entrants must also agree that they have read the terms and conditions and also agree to join the Surfboard Empire and Former mailing lists.
This is a game of chance with a random draw, and no skill is required to enter.
The prize for the Major Prize winner is the Former x Channels Islands Surfboard valued of AUD $1,900AUD. The prize includes 1 x Former x Channel Islands Surfboard only.
The total prize pool is valued at $1,900AUD.
The competition will be drawn 1st July, 2022 at the Surfboard Empire head Office, 22/55 Ourimbah Rd, Tweed Heads at 11am.
The winner will be notified via email from an official Surfboard Empire email address (@3rdrail.com) on the 1st July, 2022. The Major Prize Winner must claim their prize within 30 days of the Promoter sending the email. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules via a draw held 30th July 2022 at 11:00pm at the above mentioned Surfboard Empire Head Office.
The winner will be announced on the Surfboard Empire Instagram (@surfboardempire) immediately after the draw on 1st July 2022 at 11am.
The Promoter’s decision is final.
The prize is non-transferrable and no cash alternative will be offered.
If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
By entering the competition each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
