This competition is open to all customers who have entered the relevant and necessary details requested on the entry form.

Employees of 3rd Rail Distribution or Lost Palms Brewing Co. and their subsidiaries, affiliates or other parties, in any way involved in the development, production, or distribution of this competition, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each such employee and/or authors, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
This competition will commence at 00:00 AEST Friday, 5 th August 2022 and all entries must be received by 18:00 AEST on 17th September, 2022. 3rd Rail Distribution, Lost Palms Brewing Co. and MNM Boardriders accept no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason.

To enter, entrants must agree to provide 3rd Rail Distribution, Lost Palms Brewing Co. and MNM Boardriders with their full name, email address, postcode and date of birth. Entrants must also agree that they have read the terms and conditions and also agree to join the 3rd Rail Distribution (including Surfboard Empire and mono brands: Lost Australia, Pyzel Australia, Simple Shoes, Mark Richards Surfboards, YOW SurfSkates, Cabianca Australia, Florence Marine X Australia and LSD), Lost Palms Brewing Co. and MNM Boardriders mailing lists.
This is a game of chance with a random draw, and no skill is required to enter.
There is one prize total in the prize pool – 1 x LOST/MR Claifornia Twin Lightspeed.
The total value of the prize pool is valued at AUD $1,249AUD.
The prize will be randomly drawn and given away at Lost Palms Brewing Co. (11 Oak Ave, Miami QLD 4220) on the 17th September 2022 at 6:30pm. The winner MUST be in attendance at Lost Palms Brewing Co. to redeem.
The winner will be notified in person by an official 3rd Rail Distribution/Lost Palms Brewing Co./MNM Boardriders staff member on the date and time mentioned in point 11 of these terms and conditions.
The winner will be announced to the public via the Surfboard Empire (surfboardempire), Lost Palms Brewing Co. (lostpalmsbrewingco) and MNM Boardriders (mnm_boardridersclub) official Instagram channels (@lostaustralia) immediately after the prize has been drawn.
The Promoter’s decision is final.
The prize is non-transferrable and no cash alternative will be offered.
If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
