FCS II Mick Fanning PC Tri Fins - Black Blue
Mick Fanning's signature template, in Performance Core.
Developed with three-time world champ Mick Fanning, it's built for power surfing: maximum drive off the bottom, hard snaps off the top, and long roundhouse cutbacks. PC's flex runs progressively from base to tip, so the fin holds its drive through the whole turn and stays controlled when you lay into it. The raked outline draws the turn out rather than pivoting it.
It's a Carver-family fin, and FCS rates it best on point breaks: open faces, long walls, down-the-line carves. Snapper and Kirra, Mick's home turf, and Bells down south. PC is the more forgiving construction, so it handles a wide range of conditions without feeling stiff. FCS recommends it for boards with deep concaves and moderate-to-extreme rocker.
Suits boards like the Power Tiger by Pyzel, the Driver 3.0 Round and Squash by …Lost, and the Golden Child by JS.
Mick's cutback not included.
