    1. This is a game of chance with a random draw, and no skill is required to enter. 
    1. There are 3 prizes total in the prize pool – 3 …Lost Surfboards Black Sheep models – The RNF96, Rad Ripper and 3.0 Stub Thumb.
    1. The total value of the prize pool is valued at AUD $4,197AUD.
    1. One surfboard/prize will be drawn and given away every fortnight on the following dates: 24th January 2025, 7th February, 2025 and the 21st February, 2025.
    1. The competition will be drawn on the dates referenced in point 11 of these terms and conditions at the 3rd Rail Distribution Head Office, 22/55 Ourimbah Rd, Tweed Heads at 11am.
    2. Prizes are based on current stock on hand. If the first preference is unavailable, a back up option (eg: new size or fin system) will be recommended to the winner to accept.

    14.     Each individual winner will be notified via email from an official 3rd Rail  Distribution email address (@3rdrail.com – the parent company of …Lost Surfboards Australia and Surfboard Empire) on the dates mentioned in point 11 of these terms and conditions.

    15. Each individual winner must claim their prize within 30 days of 3rd Rail Distribution sending the email. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules via a draw held 31 days after the email was sent at 11:00pm at the above mentioned 3rd Rail Distribution Head Office.

    16. The winners will be announced on the Lost Australia Instagram (@lostaustralia) immediately after each individual draw mentioned on the dates in point 11 of these terms and conditions.

    17. The Promoter’s decision is final.

    18. The prize is non-transferrable and no cash alternative will be offered.

    19. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
