How do you keep my board safe during shipping?
We're glad you asked! Here's what we do to keep your precious board safe:
First, we wrap it in special heavy duty bubble wrap
Taking care to double wrap the nose and tail to protect the more sensitive parts of your board.
Then we place it inside your free FK All rounder travel cover.
Then we slide it into our custom made, double walled, reinforced shipping boxes, then the board is on it's way to you express!
What happens if my board still gets damaged after all of that?
In the very rare event that your board is damaged after all of the loving care that we have shown it, then we either repair the damage so that the board is as new, or we replace it with a new board!
How much does this service cost me?
We provide all of this for you for free! All new board sales placed on our website will be shipped with the BoardSafe shipping guarantee.
