FCS II Album Twin + 1 PG Fins
Matt Parker's twin template for Album, with a stabiliser.
Parker built it for his whole range of twin fin models, and it's all about drive. The wide base and a robust tip, with a subtle point at the top of the trailing edge, give you a burst of acceleration straight off the take-off. The sweep is neutral, but the fins sit deep in the water, so it stays stable running down the line and gives you the confidence to push it through the steeper sections.
That's a twin you can lean on, on the points that run: Greenmount, Currumbin and Noosa, or Manly on a punchy day. The stabiliser copies the side fin's outline, so run it as a straight twin, or drop the trailer in when you want it more predictable.
Suits boards like the Tiger Twin and Happy Twin by Pyzel, the RNF 96 and Pisces by …Lost, and the Turbo Channel Twin + 1 and Mid Length Swallow Twin + 1 by MR.
Loose when you want it, locked in when you need it.
